nationals with the knowledge and experience required for a certain tasks. We handle
immigrant and non-immigrant employment matters. Specifically, we prepare and file
petitions for B, E, H, J and L visas and for permanent residence and citizenship.
BUSINESS & REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
Our business clients make good deals. We strive to bring stability to the deals
they make. Often in the blush of optimism, parties to a transaction want to grant
concessions or agree to terms that may appear reasonable and innocuous; but later
result in unforeseen consequences. We listen carefully to both sides of the transaction
to anticipate and avoid unintended results. Always our first priority is to stay
out of our client's way to a good deal. Along the way we advise and counsel, making
sure that the agreements accurately reflect our client's vision of the transaction.
Primarily we handle the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, matters
regarding commercial lease agreements and commercial contracts.
FEDERAL & STATE CIVIL LITIGATION
Our clients can find the best way to settle their own disputes. They are in the
best position to evaluate pros and cons, risks and rewards and costs and benefits.
On some occasions, however, their opponents do not share the same opinions, and
the disputes enter the court system. In those instances, at trial, judges and juries
impose resolutions by their verdicts and judgments. Our firm practices in federal
and state trial and appellate courts. We handle business, consumer and personal
injury matters. We do not take litigation lightly. We do not manage our clients'
cases merely to bluff or intimidate opponents. We manage our clients' cases to win.
